School Transportation

We provide on-demand and recurring daily rides for students to and from schools throughout the Twin Cities which includes both curb-to curb and door-to-door services.  Our dedicated School Transportation Administrator provides route management services to ensure the most efficient transportation. We also provide rides for after school activities, field trips, and other special events.  

Our Type III school certified drivers have the same training, physical, drug testing, and background requirements as a Type A, B, C, or D school bus driver. Additionally, our vehicles undergo the same routine inspections as a standard school bus.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

As your go-to provider for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), we work directly with many of the largest insurance providers, hospitals, and clinics in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

From routine doctor’s appointments to unexpected transportation needs, we’ll pick you up and drop you off according to your schedule. Your insurance provider takes care of booking, and you can call us directly at 612-888-8888 to check the status or cancel any upcoming rides. Call us at 612-888-8585 to activate your return ride using our automated eRide system.

With confirmation texts the night before your ride as well as a return ride activation text, you’ll be confident in a seamless transportation experience to and from your appointment. Your T-Plus driver will meet all first-aid and passenger assistance requirements mandated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Metro Mobility Premium Service

T-Plus is the contracted provider for the Metro Mobility Premium taxi services.  These trips are a great option for Metro Mobility customers who are able to pay a little bit more for a faster trip, or for the convenience of a same day ride.
